PLASTIC BAN/PLASTIC- A DEMON

A SPEECH :

Imagine a bright sunny Sunday morning you and your family decide to go to a beach, you reach there you see the beach .And you got that feeling ( say it with some expressions ) that the sun is calling you , the wind is calling you , the sea waves are calling you just as you enter inside the water you realize that your leg are obstructed by something . Omg !! What it is ? A shark, a whale or a crocodile ? Because these days you can never predict what you can find in the beaches of Mumbai, you bend down to find it is what !!( Say it with exclamation)And OH! its our dear old friend plastic bag .

Well this is one the most common incident that many Mumbaikars have experienced living in Mumbai

( Add some statistical data about the amount of plastic in your country and also the date of the plastic ban )And why not today India generates 1,88,500 tonnes of municipal solid waste (68.8 million tonnes per year), and waste generation increases by 50 percent every decade. More than 80 percent of this waste reaches open dumpsites causing public health issues, environmental degradation, and resultant climate change. Plastic and e-waste form the major chunk of this waste, with minimal facilities to take care of such environment degrading substances.

But guy today i am not here to narrate that problem all over to you again instead to give you a solution on it .Not one of those short and ineffective solutions like carry your own bag and don’t use polythin bags no none of that , but a revolutionary one that is entrepreneur ,
In this day and age of entrepreneurship, there are startups that take care of basic needs such as food, clothes, and a roof for shelter. If you’re hungry, there is Foodpanda. If you have a party to turn to and can’t find anything to wear, there is Myntra and Jabong to the rescue. And Housing.com provides, well, housing.

India is seeing a growth phase under the leadership of young people. However, there still exist many challenges like plastic pollution that need to be addressed. To solve these challenges and problems

A combination of talent and diverse experiences backed by strong political will are the key ingredients to coming up with out-of-the-box solutions to address the plastic and many other challenges we face as a developing country. thus, I think that entrepreneurship is an excellent solutions for the plastic pollution problem.

But guys there is one slight problem,(put a strain on this line )that problem if we conquer in our selves than there is no one stopping us to progress the problem is our lack of knowledge, and how is that I’ll tell you, so how many people sitting here have seen the movie ” Kadvi Hawa” i bet many of you must not even have heard it’s name,This our problem we are just not aware of the problems that are going around us so by how and what means are we even going to solve them .

see today our country do not need anyone to come and solve our problems even if the country as a whole be engaged, and talent be brought from outside the government domain, especially where domain knowledge or entrepreneurial leadership is required. People who are passionate create great things, and companies that aspire to solve bigger problems than plastic pollution do much better than those who just look around for funding and money.

At last I would like to say

THANK YOU!!!
